NOT ALL GIRLS LOOK THE SAME . BUT ALL GIRLS ARE BEAUTIFuL

The first step to being happy is .  Taking the time to know what it is  your feeling most of the day .

Next when you identify the way that you are feeling most of the day . Here’s some examples – Sad , frightened or hopeless even bored . That could mean  you are doing something at that moment but your thoughts are on something or some one else . This is what I always tell myself – It’s up to me to keep myself happy and only me .  That means no one or nothing should make me feel mad , sad , or bad . No one likes to be around a mad person they can make you feel the same way .
